Our Process

Our work is a collaboration. We like to think we have partners, not clients. Our process adapts to the scope and needs of each project.

Every project begins with the same question: “Why does this need to exist?

1. Establish the Purpose

Whether we’re starting with a fully formed concept or just a vague idea, we work closely with partners to understand the intended audience, message, and medium. Together, we define the core message, or intention, that will guide the rest of the project.

2. Develop the Project

We scale each production to fit a budget and timeline shaped around that purpose. We work with our partners to set all creative, logistical, and financial expectations. That clarity keeps the process efficient, focused, and on track.

3. Shape the Narrative

Next, we craft the story. That may mean finalizing a screenplay for a scripted film or drafting an outline and questions for a documentary interview.  Whatever the format, we create a structure that serves as a roadmap to an engaging and memorable final result.

4. Plan the Production

We assemble a crew from our trusted network of experienced film and TV professionals. We lock locations, coordinate travel, and build a shooting schedule tailored to the scope of the project. Beyond the logistics, we also shape the visual look, tone, and feel.

5. Construct the Edit

We continue our collaboration to finalize the cut. Whether it’s notes from partners or feedback from test audiences, we take the time to listen, adjust, and elevate the work. Every cut, transition, and frame is an intentional decision rooted in the original message.

6. Deliver the Film

Whether it’s made for streaming, broadcast, or a live screening, we provide the final film in whatever formats needed. We also can provide any supporting assets or marketing materials.
